When will my order ship? TOP
CURRENT TURNAROUND: 2 Weeks to ship. If you order a Ready To Ship item and a Made to Order item, both will ship together within the two week turnaround. If you need your Ready to Ship item sooner, I suggest placing a separate order as these items ship in 2-3 days.
All orders ship from Pennsylvania.
I do my best to ship all orders as close to the 2 week turnaround as possible. I am human and a parent too. Occasional life's little mishaps happen and I have to tend to sick children, school functions, etc and I may need an extra day or two. Most items are made using luxury fibers and require hand washing. It is best to handwash with a mild detergent, roll in a towel to remove excess water and then air dry. Mishandling will not be covered under the return policy so please follow care instructions carefully. Care tags are included with all orders. What kind of yarn do you use? TOP
