MEET KELSEY:

Kelsey was diagnosed May 6, 2008 two months after she turned two. She is now 5 and doing well but everyday is still a challenge. Every year her friends and family participate in the JDRF walk to cure diabetes. All the proceeds from the walk go towards research to find a cure for this terrible disease. We are hopeful that someday soon Kelsey will be able to live a healthy, carefree life with no complications or medicine.

This vibrant hat is crocheted using purple organic cotton yarn accented with a vibrant hot pink flower. The body of the beanie hat is crocheted with an open weave shell pattern and banded bottom for the perfect fit.
